Secured loans where either a commercial premises or land can be offered up as security. This loan is also available at a 5.9% rate with a maximum borrowing of £250,000. Please note that any security being offered for this type of loan, cannot have any mortgages or charges against them. We are also unable to take any security where the member or any family member may be dwelling or using the security for living purposes.
